The textbook considers the processes of gas-thermal and vacuum condensation spraying of coatings. It covers general issues of the technology and basic organizational and technological problems of developing production of sprayed coatings. Materials for spraying, technological parameters and their impact on the quality of coatings are considered in detail. There are also examples of mathematical modeling and computer optimization of the processes of coating deposition. Diagrams and principles of construction of basic types of the technological equipment are provided with description. Scientific aspects and challenges of development of spraying of coatings are also presented.
